I overheard one player comment that she could tell anyone who asked her what she did today and she could answer, "played tennis from 10:30 to 6". In that time she didn’t finish a doubles match, as the rains came around 11 and finally came for the last time at 6pm, washing away most of the play today, though all the singles matches were completed. Among the winners were Cindy Babb, Susie Peiffer (55s) Teragne Yohannes (45s) and Louise Russ (75s).
