All
Category I National Championships and some Category II Tournaments are
sanctioned by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and the
International Tennis Federation (ITF).

Beginning this
year, 2009, the ITF is requiring all ITF-sanctioned tournaments to use
ITF rankings exclusively for seeding purposes. No exceptions are
authorized. NO WAIVER WAS GRANTED FOR 2009!!!!!
