Sunday I flew from Graz to Majorca, Spain.
I returned my rental car to the Graz airport. Sixt is closed on the weekend, but there’s a key return at the airport. I walked right by it, but asked around and found it.

Unfortunately, I didn’t ask about the lounge. The lounge is accessible, only using a pass, not a card because it’s not attended by a person. So before you go through security at this airport, you have to get a pass at the information center. I went through security and decided not to go back through as it was getting busy and I was just going to sit and look at my photos and edit them anyway!
The boarding area near my gate had a kids playground, which is a pretty good idea, though one of the girls playing had quite a high-pitched scream. It was a scream of joy, but very attention getting!
I flew on Eurowings. In the area of the airport we were in there are no gates with attached ramps, but there was not a bus either. We just walked out to the airplane once it was ready.

Our flight was on time in uneventful, although it landed a long ways away from the Baggage area. I walked for 20 to 25 minutes to get to the Baggage area. As per usual, the Mallorca airport was crammed with people arriving and leaving.
My bags were on the belt by the time I got there though, and I picked up my rental car, checked into my Airbnb and even found a grocery store open on a Sunday.
Last night there were huge thunderstorms and heavy rain, but today was sunny and rather nice. I was able to train in the afternoon instead of the morning.
The Mallorca MT 1000 begins on Saturday. Till then, I mostly going to just be playing tennis Friday I hope to go to a market.
Lucky you!!! In good old Germany fall is here: cold and wet and windy!!! Enjoy the sun of Palma amongst this big tennis Family!!!!
Thank you!
I love to read of your adventures ! Your kind remark about the young girl screaming ‘joyfully’ made me smile!
Safe travels, Adventurous Lady
