Final results:

 

75s: Florida d. Mid Atlantic 3-0 in the final

 

65s: SoCal d. New England 4-1. Roz King and Suella Steel noted that it was their 6th straight win. NorCal finished 5th, with a 3-1 record, their only loss in the QF to New England. Nancy Garcia was the captain.

 

55s: Florida beat Southern 4-1 sweeping the singles; Norcal, captained by Martha Downing, won the 3/4 playoff over Texas 3-2.

 

45s: Southern beat Florida 3-2; Florida’s Myke Loomis beat Mariana Hollman, but Southern won at #1 and #3 singles and also won #2 doubles; NorCal finished third, beating Texas 4-1, with Shelly Stillman Scott beating Kathy Vick; Pam Cooke beating Heidi Gerger, Cooke/Debbie (Brink) Croft beating Vick/Sue Whiting and Anne Kerwin-Payne/Mary Johnson winning the #2 doubles point. Chris Ramsower-Pearlstein captained.

 

35s: SoCal beat Florida 5-0 to win the 35s for the 2nd straight year. SoCal edged Southern though 3-2 in the semis. Southern beat Texas to place third with Angela Simon, a 2 time NCAA winner, handily beating Julie Cass, no easy accomplishment. NorCal finished 6th, with a 2/2 record; lost to Mid Atlantic in the 5/6 playoff and to SoCal in the main draw. Carolyn Wei was the NorCal captain
