The USA women’s 85 team beat Great Britain today to win the cup and the gold medals. Susanne Clark won at number two singles 6060, Roz King lost a tough match at number one singles, but King and Donna Fales won the deciding doubles 6063 to win the cup.

The USA men’s 80 team, the Gardnar Mulloy cup team, beat Australia 3/0, staying with their winning formation of David Dollins at number two singles, Jimmy Parker at number one singles and Jodi Rush/Fred Drilling winning the doubles point

The men’s 75 cup team, the men’s 85 cup team, and the women’s 80s team all were defeated 2/1 very tough opponent, and close matches.

The women’s 75s had a bye today and played for the gold tomorrow against Finland
