USA W40 (Young Cup) beat Portugal 3/0 behind singles wins by Kaysie Smashey at #2 and Anda Perianu at #1. Jennifer Sinclair/Yulia Bolotova won the doubles point. Spain (which beat USA yesterday 2/1) won the Young Cup 2/1 over Germany.
USA M30 finished with 🥈medals, falling 2/1 to Germany. Germany won at #2 singles (over Ilia Shatashvili); Jason Amos, USA tied the match at 1/1 with a 3 set win at #1 singles and Amos/Chris Chris fell to Germany in the doubles point.
USA W30 finished fourth and were awarded copper medals. Monica Hoz de Vila won at #2 singles; Mylene Martin clinched the tie with a win at #1 singles and Erika Takeuchi/Evgenia Dockter won the doubles point to seal the win over Estonia. Germany won the W30 with Great Britain and Sweden finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively.
USA finished fifth in the W35, beating Great Britain 2/1 Friday to finish with a win. Mariko Fritz-Krockow won at #2, Stephanie Wallace won at #1 to clinch the win. Correa/Bleakly lost the doubles point. Italy beat Germany 2/1 to win the gold. (Individual results updated.)
M35: Spain beat USA 2/1 in the 5/6 playoff, so the USA finished sixth. Tyler Browne and Chris Guevara lost their singles; Browne/Nicholas Brunner won the doubles point. France beat Great Britain 2/1 to win the Italia Cup (M35)
M40: USA beat Kazakhstan 3/0 to finish 7th. Ryan Sablan won at #2 singles, Greg Artzt won at #1 and Sablan/Darrin Cohen won the doubles point. Netherlands beat France 2/1 to win the Tony Trabert Cup (M40).
