Women’s Intersectional Team Championships

The 2022 Women’s Intersectional Team Championships will take place November 7-13 in Plantation Florida.

Divisions:  Age divisions 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 80 and 85

Entry Deadline:  October 1, 2022

*Entry Fee:  $155 per player or non-playing captain. Includes tournament and lunch during tournament play as well as Gala Dinner. Early Bird Registration special of $135 per player if team entry received no later than September 1, 2022.

Tournament Schedule: (Each team plays a max of four consecutive days beginning on the day listed below.)

**35s and 45s: 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 10 *Format: 3 singles/2 doubles (7 players max)

55s and 65s: 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 7 *Format: 3 singles/2 doubles (7 players max)

75s: 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8 *Format: 2 singles/2 doubles (7 players max)

80s: 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8 *Format: 1 singles/2 doubles (7 players max)

85s: 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8 *Format:  1 singles/1doubles (5 players max)

**NOTE:  Our goal is to have all matches on Sunday, November 15 completed no later than 3:00 p.m.  Please arrange your travel accordingly.

Lunch Provided:  All players receive lunch each the four days your age group is scheduled to play. 

Player Banquet Dinner:  Thursday, November 10 starting at 6:30 p.m. at the host hotel.

The National Women’s Tennis Organization will host a complimentary player social on Tuesday, November 8 and Saturday, November 12 at the tennis courts at the conclusion of play.

Practice Courts:  Will be available beginning Saturday, November 5th.  Please contact Frank Veltri Tennis Center directly to make your court reservations.  954-452-2530
