NOTE ENTRY FEE CORRECTION: Entry Fees – $120 first event; second event $75;third event is gratis. You will receive your discount at the time of payment. You must be prepared to play more than two matches a day if you enter three divisions.

Schedule – Match times and draws will be posted three days prior to the event start day. Match play will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day M-F. You must be prepared to play more than two matches a day if you enter three divisions.

Prize Money – Prize money is determined by the size of the draw but a minimum of $3000 will be distributed to winners, finalists, and 3rd place where appropriate.

Player Registration – Player registration is required before play can begin. It will take place Sunday, Oct 29 from 1-3 p.m. 7:45- 9:45 on Monday, or 30 minutes before your first match. You must allow time for this. You will be asked where you are staying for the tournament. This info is collected as a condition of the Palm Beach Sports Commission grant that supports the tournament. The player gift will be presented at this time.

Doubles – Gender and Mixed doubles entries close at 4pm, Monday Oct. 30th.Doubles Partners – We will be happy to post your name to the web page if you are seeking a doubles partner. Please email both Ian (isullivan@pbgfl.com) and Bill (wmcdermott@pbgfl.com) with your phone number, WTN, and event(s). Contact info will not be posted to the website but relayed to interested entrants.

PRACTICE COURTS

Before the week of the tournament – Call 561-630-1180 up to two days in advance. Early afternoons are the most available. A Guest Fee of $12.84 per player will apply.

Sat/Sun – Free practice courts will be available on a walk-in, shared basis Noon-3:00 p.m..

M-F – The Center opens at 7:30 a.m. Most courts will be available up to 55 minutes from that time on a shared, walk-in basis, as directed by the tournament desk.

Other Times – Court availability is not likely at other times during tournament play.

FOOD – No outside food or drink may be brought into the site, including by delivery services.

CENTER COURT CAFÉ – Great breakfast, lunch, and snack items! Check out the menu! Try Breakfast! The wide variety of beverages includes Beer and Wine.  Pre-Order: Forms are available at the Cafe to order & pre-pay items prepared on site. State the time that you are planning to eat, and they will be ready for you! Payment: Cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover. NO TIPPING permitted.

INCLUDED PLAYER MEALS – Tuesday & Wednesday, 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse Second Floor Entertainment Area 

WEATHER – Rely on the website or the automated phone service for weather updates. Don’t guess! Our weather can be highly variable from place to place! If there is a rain delay, check the phone, 561-630-1180,  or your tournament information page for updates every hour unless play is suspended for the day.
